These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Still Here OS, a product of Proxima Market LLC. By purchasing or using Still Here OS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service Still Here OS is a self-help digital document and organization service. It provides:
- Attorney-licensed, state-specific legal document templates (will, revocable living trust, power of attorney, healthcare directive), generated based on information you provide.
- An encrypted digital asset vault for storing account and password information.
- A Legacy Capsule feature for recording and scheduling delivery of personal messages.
- A Business Succession Module with buy-sell agreement and key-person planning templates.
2. Not a Law Firm; Not Legal Advice. Still Here OS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The legal document templates provided are licensed from a qualified attorney network for self-help use. If you need advice specific to your situation, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney in your state; an optional paid attorney review call may be available separately and is billed directly by the reviewing attorney.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Still Here OS is offered at a one-time price of $4,997, or as 4 installment payments of $1,249, as presented at checkout.
- If you select the installment plan and a payment is missed or fails, your access to the Still Here OS portal may be paused until payment is resolved, as described in Section 5.
4. Access and License Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Still Here OS portal and the documents/materials it generates for your own personal or household use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access credentials.
5. Installment Plans and Access Suspension If you are on an installment payment plan, continued access to your Still Here OS portal, vault, and Legacy Capsule feature is conditioned on payments remaining current. If a scheduled payment is missed, access may be automatically paused until the account is brought current. Previously generated documents you have already downloaded remain yours.
6. Refunds See our separate Refund Policy for details on eligibility and process.
7. Your Responsibilities You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the intake process, as your legal documents are generated based on that information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxima Market LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Still Here OS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE OF INCORPORATION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Still Here OS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
